The Warner Bros. Metal Shop is well versed in all facets of metal fabrication from water jet cutting to final finish. The machinery and expertise of our craftsmen enable the shop to create anything from structural steel elements to intricate custom furniture.
CAPABILITIES
Custom Fabrication:
• From water jet cutting to final finish
Rolling:
• Up to 3″ round, square or angle in steel & aluminum
Sheet Metal:
• 10-ton Chicago press brake can accommodate 1/8″ @ 120″
• Rolling 1/8″ @ 72″, up to ¼” in smaller widths
Welding:
• All materials covered; steel, stainless & aluminum. Welders are LA Certified for SMAW & FCAW welding.
